Individualized treatment options

Your care plan is developed from your assessment rather than a standard template. Depending on your concerns, findings, risk factors, goals, and clinical suitability, your options may include the following.

Brain & Cognitive Health

Brain & Cognitive Health Optimization Program

Available as Basic and Platinum programs with IV therapies

A personalized program for adults experiencing cognitive concerns or those with relevant medical, family, or lifestyle risk factors who want a more structured understanding of their long-term brain health.

IV therapies may be available within selected program options, but they are considered separately from the cognitive assessment. They are recommended only when there is an appropriate clinical indication, an individualized review of risks and potential benefits, and informed consent.

IV therapy should not be presented as a proven method of preventing dementia, reversing cognitive decline, or improving cognition in every patient.

  • Review of memory, attention, concentration, and executive-function concerns
  • Medical, family, and neurological history
  • Sleep, stress, mood, hearing, and vision review
  • Cardiovascular and metabolic risk assessment
  • Medication, supplement, alcohol, and substance review
  • Cognitive assessment when clinically indicated
  • Lab testing and further investigation when appropriate
  • Lifestyle and risk-reduction recommendations
  • Referral for neurological, psychological, sleep, hearing, or other specialist assessment when needed
  • Basic or Platinum care pathways based on the level of assessment, follow-up, and support selected
  • Ongoing monitoring of symptoms, risk factors, and health goals

Cardiovascular Health

Cardiovascular Optimization Program

Including cardiovascular risk assessment and IV Magnesium EDTA therapy where clinically appropriate

A personalized program focused on identifying and managing cardiovascular and metabolic risk factors before they lead to more significant health concerns.

  • Blood-pressure assessment and monitoring
  • Cholesterol and lipid review
  • Blood sugar and metabolic-health assessment
  • Review of family and personal cardiovascular history
  • Smoking, alcohol, nutrition, exercise, sleep, and stress review
  • Use of validated cardiovascular risk tools when appropriate
  • Review of medications and existing treatment
  • Personalized nutrition, activity, weight, and lifestyle recommendations
  • Discussion of evidence-informed preventive treatment options
  • Coordination with primary care, cardiology, or other specialists when needed
  • Ongoing monitoring of risk factors and treatment response

IV Magnesium EDTA therapy may be discussed only after a comprehensive assessment and when considered clinically appropriate.

Before treatment is considered, the clinician should review:

  • The specific clinical indication
  • The exact medication and formulation
  • Kidney function and hydration status
  • Electrolyte and mineral-related risks
  • Current medications and possible interactions
  • Cardiovascular history
  • Available evidence and its limitations
  • Alternative and established treatment options
  • The need for monitoring and follow-up

IV Magnesium EDTA therapy should not replace established treatment for high blood pressure, elevated cholesterol, diabetes, coronary artery disease, or another cardiovascular condition. It should not be represented as guaranteed to remove arterial plaque, improve circulation, prevent a heart attack, or prevent a stroke.

Personalized assessment and treatment options for men experiencing hair thinning or hair loss.

  • Based on health history
  • Possible contributing factors
  • Hair-loss patterns
