Autoimmune and Chronic Inflammation Reset and Detox Support Program
An integrative approach to chronic inflammation, immune health, environmental illness, detoxification, and cellular recovery.
Panel 01
Who this program is for
This program is designed for patients experiencing persistent or recurring symptoms that may involve several areas of health and have not been fully explained through an initial assessment.
It may also be appropriate for individuals with a diagnosed autoimmune or inflammatory condition who are looking for a more comprehensive review of their symptoms, lifestyle, environmental history, current treatments, and overall health.
A detailed assessment can help organize complex symptoms, identify factors that may require further investigation, and guide personalized next steps based on your health history, previous testing, goals, and clinical suitability.

Individualized treatment options
Your care plan is developed from your assessment rather than a standard template. Depending on your symptoms, results, diagnoses, medication history, goals, and clinical suitability, your options may include the following.
Inflammatory & Autoimmune Support
Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome (CIRS) & Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) Autoimmune Recovery Program
A personalized program for patients with persistent multisystem symptoms, suspected exposure-related concerns, or diagnosed autoimmune and inflammatory conditions.
Care may include a detailed symptom and exposure history, review of previous testing, investigation of alternative explanations, lifestyle support, coordination with other healthcare providers, and discussion of Low Dose Naltrexone when clinically appropriate.
- Detailed symptom and health-history review
- Environmental and occupational exposure history
- Review of inflammatory or autoimmune patterns
- Lifestyle and recovery recommendations
- Medication and opioid-use screening
- LDN suitability, risks, and monitoring
- Referral or additional investigation when needed
Chelation & Exposure Assessment
IV Chelation & Detox Support — including separate discussions on IV Heavy Metal EDTA Chelation
A clinical assessment for patients with a documented or medically plausible history of heavy-metal exposure.
EDTA chelation is not automatically recommended for fatigue, brain fog, inflammation, or general wellness. It may be considered only when the patient’s exposure history, validated testing, diagnosis, kidney function, and overall risk–benefit assessment support a specific clinical indication.
- Detailed exposure and occupational history
- Review of symptoms and previous testing
- Validated testing when clinically indicated
- Kidney function and overall health assessment
- Medication and supplement review
- Mineral and electrolyte monitoring when required
- Discussion of risks, limitations, and alternatives
- Ongoing follow-up or specialist referral
IV Therapy Assessment
IV Methylene Blue Program
A clinical consultation focused on whether IV methylene blue has any appropriate role based on the patient’s medical history, medications, diagnosis, available evidence, potential risks, and treatment alternatives.
In Canada, injectable methylene blue is authorized for the treatment of methemoglobinemia and for certain diagnostic uses. Its use for chronic fatigue, inflammation, cognitive symptoms, mitochondrial support, or general wellness would be off-label and should not be presented as an established or guaranteed treatment.
- Detailed medical and medication review
- Screening for serotonergic medications
- Assessment of kidney-related risks
- G6PD-related risk assessment when appropriate
- Review of contraindications and possible interactions
- Discussion of available evidence and limitations
- Informed consent and individualized monitoring
- Consideration of evidence-based alternatives
Ozone Therapy Consultation
IV Ozone Major Auto-Hemotherapy
A consultation-based program reviewing the proposed procedure, the patient’s symptoms and medical history, available evidence, possible risks, treatment alternatives, and individual clinical suitability.
IV ozone therapy should not replace established investigation or treatment for autoimmune disease, infection, chronic inflammation, fatigue, or another medical condition.
- Detailed health and symptom assessment
- Review of diagnoses and current treatment
- Contraindication and medication screening
- Discussion of evidence and its limitations
- Discussion of possible risks and alternatives
- Individualized informed-consent process
- Coordination with existing medical care
- Follow-up and monitoring when appropriate
Treatment is not automatically recommended. All options are discussed after an appropriate assessment.
